Introduction: Pachydermoperiostosis (PDP) is a rare hereditary syndrome with familial and idiopathic forms that is characterized by subperiosteal new bone formation with pain, polyarthritis, cutis vertices grata, seborrhea, hyperhidrosis and digital clubbing.
